Shipping & Returns
Shipping Information
We proudly ship turf products to all 50 U.S. states. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. Delivery times vary depending on your region, but rest assured—we work closely with freight carriers to get your turf to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Once your order is picked up from the factory, a tracking number will be provided so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.
All turf orders are delivered directly to your specified location. Whether it's a residence, business, or project site, we coordinate with delivery partners to ensure it arrives exactly where you need it.
Delivery Scheduling
For freight shipments, you will typically be contacted by the delivery company 1–2 business days before your scheduled delivery. They will coordinate with you to confirm a delivery window, which is usually a 4-hour time block. It’s important that someone is available during that window to receive the shipment and assist with unloading if needed.
Unloading Requirements
For larger turf orders shipped via freight, a forklift or similar unloading equipment may be required at the delivery site. In some cases, a liftgate service may be available for an additional fee—please contact us in advance to discuss options and ensure proper arrangements are made.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of turf and freight logistics, returns are generally not accepted. However, we understand that special circumstances may arise. If a return is necessary, customers may be responsible for associated return shipping costs.
